Embers Mezze Bar is a tidy little Lebanese restaurant and bar in the iconic and heritage listed #52 building in the middle of the main part of Oxford Street. I’ve been to this place a few times over the past but each time was to a different restaurant. Rococo, then Sitar Indian have occupied this building. I’m sure many others will in the future. There is a food area up the steps to your left and the current restaurant owners have added a small cocktail bar up the steps on your right. The Three Chimneys in Wollongong It was a little difficult for us to find The Three Chimneys. One of the things about Wollongong that is slightly disturbing is that many of the streets don’t have signs. It’s really not designed for tourists. Either we need a mobile GPS indicator showing us exactly where we are, or we need to continually ask directions.
